Eugene “Sonny” Bringol, President and Chairman, has an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana State University. Following his undergraduate, Sonny traveled the world fixing chemical plants. After 10 years in the Chemical Industry, Sonny earned an MBA with Honors from Carnegie Mellon University in 2002. He was inspired by a book bought on a whim about mortgages and founded Victorian Finance from his home. With his roots from Louisiana, Sonny is passionate about cooking Cajun food and traveling. Sonny, based in Pittsburgh, PA, started Victorian Finance in 2003 to help Pittsburghers achieve homeownership. Since, he has expanded that achievement to a nationwide organization.

Shane Kidwell, Executive Vice President of Sales of Victorian Finance, LLC. After taking a huge gamble and retiring early from being a professional fireman Shane moved forward with becoming a full-time entrepreneur. He now manages a team of 80+ originators and support staff in 10 states as the EVP of sales at Victorian Finance. Owning a coaching program for mortgage professionals, Shane met Sonny and Nate from Victorian Finance where he developed a strong bond with them, leading to his role at Victorian Finance. Never turning down a good cup of coffee, Shane can be found outside of work investing in his family. He and his wife and daughter Olivia are found traveling, supporting their local pacific northwest sports teams or being active with their dogs enjoying the outdoors. Shane is from Seattle, WA and lives in Snohomish, WA.

Kathy Shilling, Senior Vice President of Operations at Victorian Finance, LLC. Kathy has been in the industry for nearly 30 years from sales to Post Closing to her current role. A Buffalo, NY native, Kathy studied at Niagara University for her bachelor’s and SUNY at Buffalo for her MBA.

Michael Lamb, Vice President of Administration and General Counsel. Previously representing Victorian Finance as outside general corporate counsel, in 2020 Mike transitioned to his role exclusively at Victorian Finance where he oversees Compliance, Legal, HR and Licensing. A Pittsburgh local who now dwells in McCandless Township with his wife and their two young daughters. Mike is fond of paddle tennis, woodworking and reading.

Natalee oversees all functions of Post-Closing, Quality Control and Servicing departments to ensure they align with the company’s goals. She has been with the company since 2009. Natalee enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends in and around Pittsburgh.

Nate Snyder has been with Victorian Finance for 13 years. Previously, Nate earned degrees from Harvard University and Carnegie Mellon University and then went on to manage a $7 billion investment firm. As well as Partner at Victorian Finance, Nate is also Partner at The Bishop Wealth Management Group in Pittsburgh. Formerly from Beaver Falls, PA Nate now resides in Upper Saint Clair with his wife, Hallie, and their four children. Find him on the ski slopes or relaxing with a book when out of the office.

Jason Frazier is an industry strategist, an award-winning marketer, who serves as the EVP of Marketing for Victorian Finance. Frazier has more than 20 years of Executive Management experience in strategy, marketing, and technology.  Along with his full-time responsibilities at VicFin, Frazier is also a marketing coach for Next Level Loan Officers, podcast producer/host, and serves as an advisor to various FinTech companies in our industry. He has been featured on Yahoo! Finance, USA Today, HousingWire, NMP, and has received recognition from the industry for his thought leadership. Frazier is a highly sought-after public speaker with notable appearances at conferences such as Gary Vaynerchuk’s Agent 2021, Inman Connect, AIME Fuse, HousingWire Engage, Mortgage Mastermind, NAMB National, CAR REimagine, CMLA, and UAMP's Mortgage Expo.
